Why a share is worth more tomorrow than today.

Shares convert at (totalBacking + 1) / (totalShares + 1e6). Donations add SECR to totalBacking without adding shares, so every share's value rises. Conversions round down, so the value per share never decreases.

Sources of yield

  • Creator fees harvested by the Arithmetic Circuit and donated.
  • SECR sent to the Quadratic Arithmetic Program by plain transfer, absorbed as a donation.
  • Anyone calling donate().

Public SECR earns nothing

Only shares grow. Holding SECR in your wallet does not receive the yield.
